Dexiphy offers website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services, including online store creation, mobile optimization, AI chatbots, and multi-language support. We also provide logo design and copywriting as add-ons.
We offer three monthly subscription plans:
Basic – Up to 5 pages, small online store (30 products), mobile optimization, and 24/7 support.
Standard – Up to 10 pages, growing online store (100 products), basic AI chatbot, priority support, and multi-language support (2 languages).
Advanced – Unlimited pages, scalable online store (250+ products), advanced AI chatbot, VIP support, and multi-language support (5 languages).

Yes, all plans require a 12-month commitment. During this period, cancellation is not allowed. After the initial term, the plan renews month-to-month and can be canceled with a 30-day notice.
If a payment is missed, we will send a warning. Continued non-payment may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of your website. Unpaid fees will be pursued through collection actions.
No. Since we provide ongoing services, no refunds are issued for early cancellations. The full 12-month contract amount remains due.
Dexiphy retains ownership of the website, including hosting and design. However, you own any content (text, images, etc.) that you provide. If you cancel your plan, the website will be taken down unless an agreement is made for transfer.
We do not support websites containing music or images of women. If you wish to include such content, you will need to add it independently or hire a third party.
Each plan includes a set number of revisions:
- Basic Plan – 2 revisions
- Standard Plan – 4 revisions
- Advanced Plan – Unlimited revisions
Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.

Yes! You can upgrade at any time by paying the price difference. Downgrades are only allowed after the initial 12-month term.
After the initial 12-month period, you can cancel anytime by sending an email to info@dexiphy.com with a 30-day notice. Your website will remain active until the end of the next billing cycle.
